Mentorship Program

The CyberDiplomat Mentorship Program is a structured, goal-oriented support system designed to help students and early-career professionals build strong academic profiles, competitive job applications, and confident career pathways in cybersecurity, cyberdiplomacy, public policy, psychology, law, and emerging technology governance. Offered as an add-on to the externship, this mentorship provides one-on-one guidance, curated feedback, and strategic direction tailored to each mentee’s goals. Participants receive personalised support for university applications, SOP development, resume and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and skill-building for industry or research roles. The program also includes a professionally drafted Letter of Recommendation (LOR) for eligible externs who complete the program successfully. With a combination of expert mentorship, structured roadmap, and practical feedback, the Mentorship Program prepares mentees to confidently pursue higher education, fellowships, internships, and job roles in India and abroad. It strengthens their professional presence, enhances academic writing, and helps them build a portfolio aligned with global standards.
