Research Traineeship - Cybersecurity

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative, with a passion for learning and performing day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate must possess self-confidence and a comprehensive knowledge of products/services, along with exceptional presentation and communication skills, strong time management skills, and problem-solving abilities.

During the traineeship, the candidate will be evaluated to assess their professional skills and qualities that are essential to work in the industry. The company will provide practical tasks to thoroughly test the candidate's critical thinking and analytical skills. These tasks include working on real-life projects, collaborating with team members, and presenting their findings to the management team. The trainee will also receive regular feedback and guidance from their supervisor to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

The candidate must be in the third or fourth year of a BTech or MCA course, and they should have a strong academic record with a keen interest in the field. The company offers a comprehensive training program that will equip the candidate with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the industry. Upon successful completion of the traineeship, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with the company.

Executive Assistant

Executive assistants provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel plans, and handling correspondence. They serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communication as necessary. This often involves answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the executive. 

​

 

They are expected to assist with special projects, research assignments, and presentations, providing support to help executives meet their goals and deadlines. Act as gatekeeper, managing access to the executive's time and prioritizing requests and appointments based on importance and urgency. Executive assistants handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding matters discussed or managed by the executive. They help cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders by coordinating meetings, events, and communications. Often serve as problem-solvers, addressing issues and challenges during their duties and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations. Be proficient in using various office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, calendar applications, email clients, and other specialized software relevant to their role.

Overall, the role of an executive assistant is to provide comprehensive support to executives, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and maximize their productivity and effectiveness.
