The CyberDiplomat was founded to help governments, regulated industries and multinational enterprises navigate an increasingly fragmented cyber threat and policy landscape. What began as a boutique advisory practice has grown into a globally recognised consulting, training and research organisation, trusted by clients across five continents and home to a NABET-Accredited Training Body in India.
We operate as two connected entities — The CyberDiplomat LLC in the United States and CyberDiplomat Tech Private Limited in India — giving us on-the-ground presence in both major Western and Asia-Pacific markets while serving clients worldwide.

Founder & CEO
Sanjana Rathi
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sanjana Rathi is the Founder and CEO of The CyberDiplomat, pioneering the convergence of cybersecurity, cyberdiplomacy, and cyberpsychology. She is on a mission to strengthen global cyber resilience through education, research, and capacity building across critical infrastructure sectors — including ports, energy, manufacturing, and finance.
An accomplished scholar, Sanjana holds a Master's in Political Science and Security from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics. She has done Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and Cyber Law & Forensics studies from National Law School of India University. A TATA Scholar and TEDx speaker, she is also an active drone researcher, working with partners across Africa and Latin America to build capacity and amplify the voice of the Global South in shaping equitable cybersecurity and technology governance.
Her work bridges technology, policy, and human insight — envisioning a future grounded in trust, innovation, and digital inclusion.
